At least it shouldn’t feel like it! When C.J. isn’t helping leaders and organizations be their best, he’s exploring his passion for writing, directing, acting or hanging out in the great outdoors. Having written and directed two successful plays and and pursuing adventures like the Okanagan Marathon or Whistler Gran Fondo, C.J. brings a diverse approach to creating and pursuing ideas combined with outside of the box problem solving.
